Toti\u017e, v&nbsp;p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdch letech pro\u0161el trh s&nbsp;realitami velk\u00fdmi turbulencemi. Co se d\u0159\u00edve dalo predikovat a o\u010dek\u00e1vat, to v&nbsp;dob\u011b covidov\u00e9 v\u016fbec neplatilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b na<strong>&nbsp;rok 2022,<\/strong>&nbsp;lze ho v&nbsp;realitn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed nazvat&nbsp;<strong>rokem zvratu<\/strong>. Rychl\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst cen nemovitost\u00ed se u\u017e ke konci roku 2021 zpomalil, aby se v&nbsp;tom n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u00fapln\u011b zastavil. P\u0159i\u0161la v\u00e1lka na Ukrajin\u011b, kter\u00e1 s&nbsp;trhem realit op\u011bt pohnula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Situace v&nbsp;lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce nebyla v\u016fbec jednoduch\u00e1.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se ceny energi\u00ed, vysok\u00e9 \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby hypot\u00e9k a st\u00e1le vysok\u00e9 ceny nemovitost\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed odrazovaly. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u011b\u0159ili, \u017ee sv\u00e9 nemovitosti prodaj\u00ed za&nbsp;ceny v&nbsp;dob\u011b covidov\u00e9, a&nbsp;tak se v&nbsp;inzerci i&nbsp;nad\u00e1le objevovaly&nbsp;\u010d\u00e1stky, kter\u00e9 neodpov\u00eddaly aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed hodnot\u011b,&nbsp;a&nbsp;d\u00e9lka prodeje nemovitost\u00ed se prodlu\u017eovala do m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed vy\u010dk\u00e1vali a p\u0159estalo se prod\u00e1vat.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vzhledem k&nbsp;dlouhodob\u00e9mu p\u0159evisu nab\u00eddky nemovitost\u00ed nad jejich popt\u00e1vkou musely ceny nemovitost\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt klesat. A to se prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm i makl\u00e9\u0159\u016fm tolik nel\u00edbilo. <strong>Vypadalo to na \u010dern\u00fd rok s&nbsp;nelichotivou statistikou prodej\u016f.&nbsp;<\/strong>Kdy\u017e jsme v\u0161ak na konci roku rekapitulovali prodeje na\u0161\u00ed realitn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti&nbsp;I.P.R.
